On March 16, 2016, foodie presenters gathered at Tom Davies Square to discuss food and farming initiatives. Presenters had four minutes to share their initiatives and discuss the value of a Greater Sudbury Food Strategy.
Some of the presenters included Valley Growers, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Association des cultiveurs de Chelmsford, Flour Mill Food Farm, Fruit For All, and Eat Local Sudbury Co-operative. Key decision makers from across the City of Greater Sudbury gathered to learn how local organizations and food businesses are contributing to the development of a more sustainable, resilient, and healthy food system.
